In an intimate 800 square-foot addition to Mark's home, the culinary studio features the carpentry work of local artisans,  with state-of-the-art kitchen facilities and a dining room where the picture windows offer a breathtaking view of Niagara's countryside. Just outside, a walk-out patio overlooks Mark's own vineyards, three blocks of Riesling, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
