Gryphon Ridge Highlands |
Farmer Kim McQuhae is a proud member of the Niagara Organic Grower's chapter. One of Niagara's few meat farms, Gryphon Ridge Highlands has naturally raised Scottish Highland cattle, which are registered purebreds from an award wining herd. The meat is lean, well-marbled and aged 21-28 days.
Organic Omega 3 eggs are laid year-round but you must call for availability.
Kim also has seasonally available fruits and vegetables.
