ElmRidge Farm is a 35 acre certified organic farm located on the beautiful Niagara Escarpment and fortunately protected from surrounding development by both the Niagara Escarpment Commission and provincial Greenbelt Legislation.
At ElmRidge we strive for ecological sustainability. The farm consists of close to 8 acres of certified organic vineyards producing both table grapes and vinifera wine grapes. We also raise rare breed Irish Dexter cattle that supply our vineyards with fertilizer. The cattle are strictly grass fed to produce healthy beef.
