Accessible from the Cataract Trail, the Forest Frolic Trail passes through the fringe of a meadow and wooded landscape. This side trail allows you to extend your hike on the Cataract Trail and see another section of the Ball's Falls Conservation Area.
Contains interesting traces of a mid 19th century industrial hamlet.
Centre for Conservation; 50 species of migrant and 162 nesting birds can be seen here. As well as many species of animals and reptiles, some of which are endangered. Balls Falls and Twenty Valley are also featured in this area.
